(Rio de Janeiro, May 19, 2008). – PETRÓLEO BRASILEIRO S.A - PETROBRAS, [Bovespa: PETR3/PETR4, NYSE: PBR/PBRA, Latibex: XPBR/XPBRA, BCBA: APBR/APBRA], a Brazilian international energy company, announces that it filed its annual report on Form 20-F today for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2007 (the “2007 Annual Report”) with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”).
