CAESAREA, Israel–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Zion Oil & Gas, Inc. (AMEX: ZN), of Dallas, Texas and Caesarea, Israel, announced today that its Annual Meeting of Stockholders, will be held on Monday, June 23, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. (Israel time) at The Dan Caesarea Hotel, Caesarea, Israel.
As soon as possible after the Annual Meeting of Stockholders, a replay will be made available, for 30 days after the meeting, at the company’s website, www.zionoil.com.
